I am a huge fan of every authentic resource I find that heals, nurtures and empowers!
In creating this web site I have intended to offer you many of my favorite resources to help strengthen the connection you have to your Source.
I started out my career in the healing professions by studying and training in psychic healing, astrology and intuition. Soon, I gravitated toward Yoga, and then Pilates, as the grounded, body-centric versions of healing that they are. Since 1989 I have been practicing mind body integration as a business, offering classes and consultations.
Prior to my career in the healing arts I practiced law. Before that I was a pop singer (with a different name). I graduated from Harvard with an A.B. degree in Government, and from Boston College Law School with a J.D. degree magna cum laude.
Toward the following teachers and training programs I feel much gratitude:
- My teachers of the western mysteries in England; all of my astrological teachers and mentors; Elizabeth Stratton’s “Touching Spirit” psychic healing training program in New York City; my intuition teachers; Polestar Pilates and Elizabeth Larkham; Kripalu and Integrative Yoga Therapy; the many other teachers who attended and taught at the annual Body Mind Spirit Expos in California.
